COVID
Just 3 weeks into the trial the pandemic caused the shut-down of all gyms in California, prematurely ending our trial.
Head Scratching
Along with the rest of the world, we took a long hard look at the market and the new problems and trends. Members still wanted to workout, it’s just they we at home now.
Surprising Prototype Engagement
We saw a surprising continued usage of the prototype chatbot from California Family Fitness members, even while their gyms remained closed.
