Understanding Challenge Rewards: Milestones, Podium and Prize Draws

More than one kind of reward

A single Challenge can offer more than one kind of reward at once, and they do not all work the same way. An organiser might set up any combination of:

• Milestone rewards, unlocked automatically as you reach set points along the way

• Podium or placement rewards, based on your final position on the Leaderboard

• Prize draws, where logged activity earns you entries into a separate draw

Why winning one does not always mean winning another

Each reward type can carry its own rules, and those rules are set by the organiser for that specific Challenge, not by a fixed platform-wide policy. For example, one Challenge might let everyone who enters a draw win regardless of their Leaderboard position, while another might exclude podium finishers from that same draw so the prizes spread further. There is no single rule that applies to every Challenge.

Where to check what applies to your Challenge

Because reward rules can vary from one Challenge to the next, do not assume a rule you have seen on a past Challenge will carry over to a new one. Check the Challenge's details screen in the App for what it offers and how winners are chosen, or ask the organiser running it.
