Why Isn't My Activity Showing on the Challenge Leaderboard?
Nothing to score yet
If you have joined a Challenge and your name is on the Leaderboard but your score is not moving, the most common reason is that there is nothing for Welly to count yet. Points, steps, distance and gym visits on a Challenge all come from activity that has actually been recorded in the App, either through a connected wearable or health app, or logged manually. Until something is feeding activity in, there is nothing for the Challenge, or your Dashboard, to score.
Check your connections
Open your profile settings and check that a wearable, Apple Health, Health Connect or another supported source is connected. See Connecting Wearables & Apps for how to set one up. You do not need a wearable at all, activity can be logged manually too.
Give it a moment to catch up
Even once connected, activity does not always appear instantly. Welly has to receive, clean up and process your data before it shows up anywhere in the App, which can take a little time depending on your source. See Understanding How Your Data Is Processed for more on why this happens.
Still stuck at zero?
If you have a connection set up and some time has passed but a particular Challenge still is not moving, check what that Challenge is actually scoring. Some Challenges only count one type of activity, such as Gym Visits, so logging a run or a readiness check-in will not move you on that Leaderboard even though it will still earn you Dashboard points. See Why Your Challenge Points Don't Match Your Dashboard Points for the full explanation.
